Tracy works with clients to develop and implement subpoena compliance programs which guide company response to government and third party requests for user data. This includes tool development, conducting training sessions, reviewing and prepares responses to requests for user data, and responding directly to law enforcement on behalf of Subpoena Solutions clients. Additionally, Tracy assists with a wide range of criminal, national security, international, civil litigation, and objectionable content issues.
Having managed operations for a global team, Tracy has experience advising mature clients on process improvements, quality control, and efficiency, as well as advising early stage clients with long-term planning for scalable implementations and future transparency reports. Before Tracy joined Subpoena Solutions, she spent over 17 years at Yahoo! Inc. At the time she left Yahoo, Tracy was the Global Operations Liaison for the Law Enforcement Compliance Team responsible for collaborating with a team of attorneys and legal professionals to create and implement corporate policies and procedures for responding to third party user data requests. Tracy provided leadership and support for the global team, created and conducted global trainings, managed operations escalations, coordinated yearly audits of global law enforcement responses, conducted regular audits of legal tool use and tool integrity for collecting and storing data, collaborated on tool development, collaborated on transparency report definitions and guidelines, developed a process for collecting transparency data, and worked with the international team on transparency data integrity checks. Prior to joining the legal department at Yahoo, Tracy was the Global Operations Manager for Yahoo Commerce, leading a team of 40 product professionals who worked directly with clients to optimize their Yahoo presence. |
