With a proven track record of developing comprehensive roadmaps that reduce costs and improve productivity, Tim is known for his 'big picture' thinking and keen eye for detail. An expert in analyzing existing procedures and implementing effective systems, strategies, and protocols, Tim has significantly improved the tools, workflow, and data visibility at ZG Subpoena Solutions. His success in team training and motivation, combined with his sound and ethical decision-making, has earned him the respect of his colleagues. Tim brings experience in processing civil, criminal, and sensitive legal requests in addition to lawful intercept engineering and management. He’s familiar with Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) issues and has worked with the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to develop policies and procedures for the timely handling of incidents. Tim has provided testimony in numerous courtroom and non-judicial settings. Before his tenure at ZG Subpoena Solutions, Tim was the Director of High-Speed Data (HSD) Security at a top three cable services provider, where he managed security operations for over 3 million customers. He led a cross-functional team to peak performance, developed custom tools to fill operational gaps, and ensured full regulatory compliance. |
