Before joining ZGSS, Jeramie managed legal demand fulfillment operations at two national wireless carriers. He ran the end-to-end process for subpoena compliance, 24/7/365 exigent response, CALEA surveillance, law enforcement outreach, and coordination of witness testimony, and he led the team of records custodians handling intake and fulfillment for subscriber records and intercepts.
Earlier in his career he served on the privacy incident response team at a wireless carrier, investigating complaints filed through state and federal agencies and maintaining compliance with CPNI obligations for breach response and reporting. He also built the internal policy and procedure resources that carried subpoena compliance workflows across the business.
Jeramie holds a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
