Chip Delany has spent most of his career at the point where legal work meets technology. He was Strategy Director at NexLP, an early developer of AI analytics for legal and compliance teams, and then Senior Strategy Director at Lineal, a firm specializing in digital forensics, cybersecurity, and AI-enabled eDiscovery. Across those roles he worked directly with in-house counsel and law firms on how to use new technology to handle large volumes of legal work, while keeping the results defensible.
He has also been a visible voice in the legal technology community. JD Supra named him a Top Author in Artificial Intelligence and eDiscovery in both 2020 and 2022, and the International Legal Technology Association recognized him as a Young Professional to Watch in 2019. He served as Chicago Chapter President of the Association of Certified E-Discovery Specialists. Before joining ZG Subpoena Solutions, he was an Enterprise Account Executive at Relay Network, a customer engagement software company.
Chip is based in Washington, D.C., and is a graduate of Monash University.
