Shannon is responsible for ensuring business operational efficiency at ZG Subpoena Solutions. Shannon uses her resourcefulness and leadership to support ZGSS in all aspects of the business, from running reports and analyzing business data to implementing and managing the PSA system. She also leads the administration team in planning events, including ZGSS’s yearly retreat, and managing both the Chicago and Modesto offices.
Prior to joining ZGSS, Shannon was an Office Manager at a construction firm and at a healthcare consulting firm. She spent time in accounting at a digital marketing consulting firm and as a contractor for the US Department of State. During her tenure in these positions, she served as the primary liaison with office vendors, coordinated with a third-party IT group, and provided comprehensive marketing support, including website updates, social media content creation, and marketing project management. She also has experience in event and meeting planning, accounts payable, office management, business analytics, and employee expenses.
Her years of experience in multiple industries and organizations enable her to provide insightful solutions and find creative solutions to every problem.
