As the Business Manager at ZGSS, Shannon is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency and technology advancements. Shannon uses her resourcefulness and leadership to help ZGSS in all aspects of the business from running reports and business analytics, to managing the PSA system; from planning ZGSS’s yearly retreat to managing both the Chicago and Modesto offices.
Prior to working at ZGSS, Shannon was an Office Manager at a construction firm where she was the primary liaison with office vendors and coordinated with a third-party IT group. She was also involved in comprehensive marketing support, including website updates, social media content creation, and managing marketing projects. Before this, Shannon spent time at two different consulting firms. One where she was the Office Manager and managed the PSA system, accounts payable, and planned all company events and meetings. The other consulting firm she spent time in the accounting department handling accounts payable and employee expenses. Her years of experience in multiple industries and organizations means she provides insight and finds creative solutions to every problem. |
