Linda brings over two decades of experience and expertise to her role as a Senior Supervisory Legal Analyst at ZG Subpoena Solutions. Before joining ZGSS, Linda held pivotal legal process compliance positions in some of the world's most influential technology companies, making significant contributions to their legal and compliance departments.
Working with one of the world’s largest web services providers, Linda spent most of her twelve-year tenure as Director of Legal Services, managing the Global Subpoena Compliance team. In this role, her expertise was critical in developing streamlined processes for handling complex legal requests across multiple jurisdictions. Her leadership ensured the company complied with regulatory requirements while safeguarding user privacy. Linda later joined the Privacy & Law Enforcement Compliance team at a major technology company. During this period, she navigated complex legal landscapes and ensured the company adhered to stringent regulatory standards. At one of the leaders in the ride-sharing and food and package delivery apps, Linda managed the Global Law Enforcement Response Team for nearly two years, during which she more than doubled the size and global reach of the team. In this capacity, Linda demonstrated exceptional leadership and strategic acumen, handling sensitive legal matters and maintaining robust communication channels with law enforcement agencies. In her last role before joining ZGSS, Linda was the Director of Legal Policy at a leading social media company. She played a critical role in shaping the company's legal strategies and compliance frameworks. Linda’s leadership was key in navigating the complex interplay between global legal mandates and the rapidly evolving social media landscape. |
