Alex’s background includes leading teams through significant changes and growth focusing on aligning people and processes to optimize business outcomes, risk mitigation, and fostering a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging where employees thrive and businesses grow. Prior to joining ZGSS, Alex spent over 8 years working for Bunzl Distribution leading the HR function of their Retail Division. |
