ZG Subpoena Solutions (ZGSS) is a closely-knit team of dedicated members who work collaboratively to design, implement, and manage customized solutions for repetitive business processes, such as legal process compliance and data access requests. We are hired by our clients to tackle these critically important, non-revenue-generating work so they can focus on providing their customers with outstanding products and services. We are looking for a driven and self-motivated Director of Sales and Marketing to help develop new business opportunities and grow existing relationships. The ideal candidate will plan short- and long-term marketing and sales of professional services offered by ZGSS. This team member will report directly to the Managing Director.

Essential Job Functions:
- Develop and execute, in consultation with the Managing Director, marketing strategies that will drive the growth of the organization, including marketing campaigns, content creation, website updates, and social media.
- Identify and cultivate new sales leads to expand the client base, and increase external and internal visibility.
- Develop proposals and negotiate contract terms with potential clients in consultation with Managing Director
- Prepare and give presentations to prospective clients and internal executives
- Manage transactions through the sales pipeline stages: prospecting, proposals, lead qualifications, negotiations and closing.
- Attend networking events and conferences; building relationships that will create new business opportunities
- Track and maintain marketing and sales metrics and submit regular reports to management.
- Conduct ongoing market analysis; identify challenges and opportunities for growth
Skills:
- Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/social media etc.) and market research methods.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and client retention
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques
- Ability to deliver compelling presentations tailored to the needs of our potential clients
- Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools.
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Exhibit superior attention to detail and pride in high quality work.
- Proactive team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.).
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration.
- Minimum of 4 years of professional service sales experience and a successful track record in B2B marketing, sales, and negotiations.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
